Original acrylic painting on standard-depth canvas, measuring 24" x 20" x 0.75 inches depth (60cm x 50cm x 0.2cm). Unframed. The edges are painted so the work can be hung without one. Based on an analogous colour-scheme of reds, yellows and orange, this imaginary landscape features a morning sky, trees and flower-meadow. Spattered paint is used in the field area for wild flowers. Most of the painting was done with a square-edged painting knife
