All paintings are sold with 10 days' approval according to that required by the Distance Selling Regulations (minimum 7 days is normal).

Payment is accepted by Paypal via credit or debit card; cheque or postal orders. Currencies accepted; pounds sterling, U.S dollars. Other currencies, please ask.

Delivery is made through Royal Mail or ParcelForce, using 24hour or 48hour delivery services. All parcels are TRACKED and a complete record of the delivery route can be monitored (overseas deliveries may only track until the parcel has left the UK).

In the case of the buyer returning a painting (i.e if not required at the end of the approval period; or damage, etc) any refunds will be given as soon as the parcel comes back to the seller. Return is normally at the buyer's cost. It is recommended that buyers retain all the packaging until they are happy with the painting; or at least use equivalent packaging for a return trip.

Refunds will be by either Paypal or cheque, according to how the original payment was made.
